all pleasure gap orders are sent on tracked services, and will arrive in discreet plain packaging.
standard shipping:
- free on orders over £50 or £3.95 for orders under £50.
- our standard shipping service takes between 2 to 4 days.
next day delivery:
- free on orders over £100 or £6.95 for orders under £100.
- our next day delivery can only be guaranteed for orders placed before midday.
- orders placed on a saturday before midday will arrive on monday due to carrier restrictions.
- orders placed after midday, will be dispatched on monday to arrive on tuesday.
discreet packaging:
all orders from pleasure gap will arrive in a plain white cardboard box.
no pleasure gap branding will be present on the exterior of the package, so there is no need to panic if it gets left on the doorstep and you have super nosey neighbours!
kind note: if your order is being shipped outside the uk, a description of the contents is required on the customs documentation. in this instance, the package may feature the wording "massage kit" on the exterior customs documentation.
