- Gently open the foil packet, taking extra care not to damage the condom.
- Pinch the reservoir tip of the condom between your thumb and forefinger, expelling any air. Slide the condom over the head of the erect penis or penetrative object and smoothly unroll.
- Be sure to hold the rim of the condom whilst removing the penis or penetrative object.
- Slide the used condom off and dispose of it hygienically.

Store condoms in a cool dry place (below 40°C) and avoid direct sunlight.
Do not use the condom if the rubber material is sticky, brittle or obviously damaged, or if the colour is uneven or changed.

Only use condoms with water-based lubricants.
Do not use oil-based lubricants such as those made with petroleum jelly, mineral oil, vegetable oil, or cold cream, as these may damage the condom.

Adding extra lubricant during anal sex can reduce the risk of breakage.
